On Wednesday the 14th of December, Mapua School held a Tryathlon for its 221 students, where every student from Years 3 - 8 had to run, bike and swim, and the Year 1 and 2 students had to run and swim. Most students found it quite a challenge but everyone completed the task in the end and most people were really proud of their achievement. Grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and supporters c ame to cheer on the children as they ran, biked amd swam. Thanks again to Mr Taylor for yet again organising a great event.
