A Very Warm Welcome to Mapua School!
The Mapua School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is pleased to welcome your family to our community.
The PTA is a group of parents that meets on a regular basis primarily to facilitate interaction amongst members of the school community and to assist in raising funds for the school.
There are a number of ways you will hear about PTA activities; through newsletters, the PTA noticeboard outside the administration block (courtyard side) and on the school website. Notices and newsletters from us will be printed on pink paper!
The PTA Committee members are happy to answer any of your questions – particularly around helping you settle into life at Mapua School. We can be contacted by clicking the committee link below or by email pta@mapua.school.nz and of course in person when you see us around school.
PTA meetings are generally the first Tuesday of the month unless they clash with holidays, at 7.30pm in the school staffroom. If you have issues you would like to see discussed at our meetings, contact a committee member and/or you are very welcome to attend any meeting.
So once again, welcome to Mapua School. We are sure you will enjoy your time here.
